After I load my .avs script and KVCD template into TEMPGenc, I then have to go to Settings - Advanced and change the "Source Aspect Ratio" to what DVD2AVI told me it was, correct

And then on that same screen does "Video Arrange Method" get Changed to "Center Custom Size" and under size I enter the size of the KVCD template, in my case 352 x 480 since I loaded the KVCD 352 x 480 template into TEMPGenc

I am very close get getting this, just need to clear up these few little things.

Thanks!

As you already determine the right size and Aspectratio in your AVS Script in TmpgEnc you can choose "center" thats all if you encode to the same resolution as also determined in your avs script, ... which is an unspoken law and I shurely assume you do

Ok, let me just make sure I understand this

I DO have to go to Settings - Advanced and change the "Source Aspect Ratio" to what DVD2AVI told me it was.

And under "Video Arrange Method" I just use center since I have the following two things

1.) My avs script contains

GripCrop(352, 480, overscan=1)

2.) My TEMPGenc KVCD template is also 352 x480

I think I got it

You don't have to do this. You do it if you load as a source directly DVD2AVI project file.
Then:
1.You load the template
2.You load the script as a video source
and... that's it!
