i try to made an ksvcd within linux , just wondering :

i saw the spec for kvcd :
For optimal encoding on natural material ( movies, new computer generated films ), we recommend to match the KVCD "Notch" Quantization Matrix with a maximum GOP size of 24 pictures for NTSCFilm (23.976fps), 25 pictures for PAL (25fps) or 30 pictures for NTSC (29.97fps).

is it the same for ksvcd ?

maybe a stupid question but i would like to know ,thanks

What encoder did you use in avidemux?
Does it allow configuration files, so that additional setiings can be put in apart of gui form tabs?
I've released my script and now looking for a gui wrapper
(i've tested practivally every option of mencoder related to mpeg encoding and it tooks weeks).
