And as in here many many many guides can be found I don't understand what's the big deal in "this state of complexibility" with he is "confrontated" NOW.

And still I would like to know where he got that min Bitrate value of 1900????
Its not mentioned in here at KVCD and the KVCD templates do not contain that value neither

It took me the time to read the manual to understand 80% of what you have to know for making a KVCD. And the time to read http://www.avisynth.org/index.php?page=YourFirstScript to make my first script.
Let say one hour for all.

But did you ever read the manual ? Do it at least once

After it can take some time to understand what each filter do. But that is not related to avisynth : it's a matter of video editing knowledges (DCT, blocks, spacial filtering, temporal filtering, chroma/luma...)

Ah, well, to place it more clear these 6 months which I meant were before one year. Well, I think currently have no probs to understand what I am doing with AviSynth .
