i've been converting avi/divx movies to (k)vcd/(k)svcd with tmpgenc but whenever i try to play them on my standalone (lg 6053) i get jerky playback. i've tried every different way possible (i've messed around with gop, i've converted the same file to three different frame rates etc. but no luck). it's really very bothering and i very much hope that someone has suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

thanks in advance.
