I tested your SKVCD cutter and it looks good on the computer.
Here's my problem i use DvDx2.0/video server/tempgenc.(thaths the way i do kvcd to and they give ny a cut problem to but i fixed that with vcd cutter program).
Well got the same problem with SKVCD, tempgenc wont cut it (now i found a proggie witch will cut it, M2-EDIT i got the demo and i wont give 300$ dollars for a cutter).
So mabey u have a answere to this problem, o before i frogot i demultiplexed de bad skvcd file and i notice this that the sound had the right time 2hour an 1minute, but the movie says that he is 51,40 sec.
But that isnt the right time and the whole movie is on the SKVCD (the real 2hour an 1 minute).
please help me

First of all, don't use DVDx. Any version!. You'll have a lot of problems with audio/sync/runtime issues. I have personally looked at the source code of DVDx ( because I'm a developer ) and it's a programmers nightmare. Every release just gets worse. So stay away from it!. There's no substitute like DVDDecrypter->MPEG Mediator or DVD2AVI->TMPEG.
For cutting your mpeg files. DONT!. You use BBMpeg to mux your audio/video streams together. Just use the "start time", "end time" features of BBMpeg to mux and split your mpeg files. They'll be perfectly in sync every time

Here is what I do...
- encode just the video with TMPGEnc
- encode the ac3 audio with HeadAC3he
- multiplex video+audio with BBmpeg

In BBmpeg, before you multiplex, you can secify the start/stop position, or the size of the file. So I multiplex the big stream (that wont fit in a CD) twice. One for the first half, and other for the second half.

I always get two PERFECT streams with the cut EXACTLY where I want.

You can use VirtualDub with the VobSub filter to add your subtitles, and then frame server to TEMPEnc.
You can also ajust the size and position your subtitles will have.

You can do subtitles if you frameserve from VirtualDub. Just use the plug-in "Vobsub", and you can do perfect subtitles. What you do is you open your .avs script with Vdub (created with FitCD) and add the plug-in in the "Video" tab. Then you frameserve from Vdub over to TMPEG, and encode. Your film will now have subtitles.
