Kwag i got a movie that real long almost 4 hour, what is the best way to increase the file option 1 lower the Q or option 2 lower the bitrate, can u tell me whats the best way with the best quality

If you lower the Q, the overall quality will suffer. If you lower the MAX bit rate, then on high action scenes, you'll get blocks. If you want two CD's for that movie, use the 352x240(28 Plus templates. If you can live with three CD's, go for the 352x480(576) Plus templates.
