Hi all I can't seem to burn these kvcd's with Nero overburn I have tried everything that I know of to make it work. Does anyone have any ideas or know of any other software with the overburn feature that I can use to burn them?

Overburning isn't a software only matter. Your burner must be compatible too.

First at all, check config --> File - Preferences. It must to look like next screenshot:

In General tab, select 80 min for yellow mark, and 82 for red mark.

You have for sure, CD Speed, this app come with Nero.
Run it and give a try to overburning test.

1 - Did you test as I told you?
2 - Ask your vendor. Today almost all CD burners support overburn.

With settings I told you, you won't be able to burn movies bigger than 82 min. If you want to burn in CD100 or any other not CD80, give to Maximun CD lenght a 100 value. Yellow mark at 80, Red mark at 100.
