Very good Inc
I had already copy/pasted this in a word document, for easier reference, but by this way it can be readable by everybody. Nice.
Now, my problem is to find the equivalence between our "used-to" avisynth filters and this filters. And that is what I tried with my previous posts: to give the correlation between mencoder and avisynth.
For instance: you posted a blurrer/sharpener, but there are in mencoder at least 3 blurringfilters: boxblur, sab and smartblur. And an unmask filter (BTW, used in mencodeme: unsharp). What's better, which values?.
I know it's a question of testing and posting here results and parameters, but what's the equivalency, related to strength of the parameters, between hqdn3d and a spacialtemporal like stmedianfilter or whatever?.
Can I translate directly the data I get in virtualdub related to gamma (thanx for your great capture guide), and contrast/brightness/saturation (it's easier to tweak them there, with preview), what's again the equivalency?.
Yes, I know, test and test. First step, know what filters there are. Second, test (and compare with avisynth?)
