I've recently started using QuEnc for some of my encodings to SVCD. Works great. However, when multiplexing the video produced with the audio using mplex, there's a ton of underflow errors. Is that something to worry about? Seems to play fine on the PC, and the little clip I tried on the standalone also seemed to play fine. Haven't tried with a complete movie though...

My encodes play fine as well, but playing and being error free valid streams is another thing. I've been having alot of issues with my encodes, gop errors in Tmpenc Author, weird frames inserted into the stream, and other weird phenomena. Chances are these are all pre 1.0 bugs, and will hopefully be fixed, but for now I would suggest switching to another encoder, I'm looking for a replacement as well unfortunately, and I say unfortunately because I love the libavcodec, best quality encoder I've seen to date.

What do you use to mux? Tmpgenc give me underflow errors 90% of the time, yet everything plays perfectly on pc and standalone.

Maybe we just ignore them?

I'm using mplex, http://www.kvcd.net/mplex.exe
Guess we just have to ignore the errors for now.
