What's the difference betwenn KVCDplus and KVCDx2-2CD for PAL? Which one produces hiher quality? I wanna burn 100 minutes movie to 2 CDs (800 MB). What's the template I should use?

The PLUS templates will give you the highest quality. If your movie is 100 minutes, and you want the highest quality, go for the 704x576 PLUS.
This of course is if your source movies is at least that resolution.
If it's not, it's a waste of time encoding a lower resolution movie to a higher output resolution.
