Hi guys i'm so new to this dvd thing its not even funny, went to get my burner yesterday still undecided what to get and found another option plextor 708a but didn't but it yet cause i wanted to read on it

Anyway i have been trying a few things until i get the burner and am confused on a few things

I tried packshot and loaded my vob and changed my bitrates and thats it now my area is ntsc but i left packshot set to 23.976.

I let it do its thing but when i tried to load into a dvd authoring program it said not the correct framerate so when i use packshot and so forth am i suppossed to set the framerate to 29or do i need to run pulldown.exe

Sorry for the dumb questions but i don't have a clue

Thanx
