Boring is an understatement to clasify some of the people there
To me, the "rules" are basic and simple. Just the fine print on the main page at www.kvcd.net
Everything else, posting etiquette, etc., should be common sense. If it's not followed, I just block the user, ban their IP, etc. Period!. No need for so many stupid rules. Just a solid legal disclaimer

Not to mention that "That" site has never made an announcement to fine programs like MovireStacker, SwiftAVS, ToK, or any of the other excelent techniques that have originated here
But then, we do announce stuff (new filters, etc.) that they do over there, and we gladly post on our portal as news. That tell's you a lot about their mentality. Don't you think
