Where are you hosting this page? Do you have to pay for it? Do you own your servers?.............

I am looking for something which has fast connections, php, mysql and is free. Do you have any suggestions.

Yes, we do have to pay for this host.
There are many free sites to host, but most ( if not all ) either shoot pop-up banners, etc, and have disk limited space and bandwidth per month.
