I know this has been answered a million times but I just want t omake sure I'm right. My ouput video was jumpy on A Bugs Life DVD-Rip. Do I IVTC it? *Note: I de-interlaced it and it was jumpy.

I don't remember exactly, when I did that movie, but you should run DVD2AVI on the VOB's and press "F5". Then let it run for about a minute. It should say > 95% FILM on the preview window, and if it does, you would then select "Force FILM" and encode at 23.976. I'm pretty sure that movie is mastered as FILM.

Don't IVTC and don't deinterlace. Just use "Force FILM", and run DVD2AVI. Make a small clip, and view it on your software player. WinDVD or PowerDVD. If it's smooth, encode the whole thing!.
