Olá Gente,
sou novato neste forum, por isso perdoem alguma besteira ou pergunta óbvia. Me interessei bastante pelo KVCD e KDVD, mas tem alguns probleminhas:

1 - Usei o tutorial do Alex Matrix para um filme de 01 h e 40 mim. aparentemente funcionou tudo bem. Mas na hora de rodar o CD no DVD Player (Philco 2500 e CCE) o filme fica travando, ao ponto de não se poder assistir. Será que alguém tem uma dica ?

2 - Baixei a versão free do D.I.K.O. e a update free. Rodei o programa e no final, sem nenhuma mensagem de erro, tenho dois arquivos: um com extensão mpv (3,579 gb) e outro com extensão wav (2,475 gb). Como faço para gravar o DVD ?

1) Eu tenho exatamente esse player Philco. Vc tem que fazer em MPEG2, mpeg1 só funciona 352x240 e 704x480 se for 29.97 fps
2) Poste seu log, o arquivo log.txt que vc acha na pasta de trabalho. Mas veja se vc não tem um arquivo MPG, este que deveria ser importado em um programa de autoração para gravar.

O Diko falhou na etapa do audio, pq por algum motivo o SoftEncode não foi executado. Por isso falta o AC3. Vc instalou o SoftEncode e indicou o caminho corretamente?

Sim, eu instalei o SoftEnconde e acabei de conferir a indicação do caminho.
Observando a guia parametros da configuração do D.I.K.O. notei que no encoder de audio está assinalado por default o softencode. Entretanto, o filme (fonte) está com o audio codificado em MPEG Layer 3 48000 hz. Será que eu deveria, antes da conversão marcar o encoder de audio como Besweet ? Ou devo pegar o arquivo de audio em wav gerado e transformar para MP2 usando o Headac3he e depois multplexar audio e video (nesse caso, qual programa eu deveria usar? TMPGenc ou BBmpeg ?) ?

Pode ser o bug do softencode. Vá na configuração e desmarque as chaves "remover chaves do registro do SoftEncode". Veja se resolve.
Por outro lado, como seu audio é 2.0, vc pode também usar audio MP2. MP2 tb é suportado em DVD.
