noise from the VHS tape caused the encoder to need more bitrate?

Hi, Here are my experiences. I could be wrong, so please correct them if necessary.

I captured from vhs tapes and the highest I can put in CD is 75mins (815MB with overburn) by using KVCD template...

Last night, I just burn 855MB on 80min CD with Nero overburn feature. Make sure "check" simulation option before you burn. You will save a CD if something go wrong. 8)

I am using AOPEN 10x24x40...
