I recently put The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, a full-screen children's movie 161 minutes long on a single 80 minute CD. I used a much modified KVCD3 at 352X240. The movie is at least as good...

Audio Sync in Kate & Leopold
This is what I did with Kate & Leopold.
As someone has pointed out, the problem is in VOB 4. I used SmartRipper to rip each VOB separately. I then combined VOBs 1,2, and 3 and put them on one disc...

I recorded Kate & Leopold using the 1/2 KDVD...
I recorded Kate & Leopold using the 1/2 KDVD template. The moview fit on two discs and looks really great. No visible blocks or artifacts at standard viewing distance.
