I just find it totally bizarre that 35/normal produces a *vastly* superior picture at 11.6 MB than 38/high does at over 12. It appears to defy logic. :roll:

I tried both of those filters, but unfortunately I haven't had much luck with them. But you definitely put me on the right track with avisynth filters instead of VDub...
