Thanks for the help, but im not having trouble with that, my connections are ok :)

Each episode has 4 chapter points in it, after the last chapter point there is about a minute or so of preview...

strange, ive installed avisynth 252 and now everytime i load a script into VDUB it works but when i close vdub i always get an error msg from vdub,

have you actually used KVCD of the same sort(resolution, bitrate etc) on your stand alone, or are you getting this information from a reference?

I just did a prediction With faerydust in my script, and it only took 4 tries@ 43 mins total. CQ was 89 so i guess its just the luck of the draw when doing...

I find its more than common to take upto and over...

I find its more than common to take upto and over 1 to 1.5 hours for my predictions regardless :( its kewl but takes so long, im running a 1.8 gig athlon 1 gig of ram, with over 200 gigs hard drive...

At what CQ value do things start to deteriorate...

At what CQ value do things start to deteriorate quailty wise, I guess im asking if a low CQ say 45 at 528x480 will still be better than a higher one at 352x480. Is one size better than the other...

Why not try demuxing the movie from your burnt cd, youll know soon enough if you have 2 audio tracks on there or not. From there you can look at where to go, is what i would try anyways :)

if i understand that right if its <=352 it assigns a 4 if <=480 a 3 and all else is assigned a 2 ?
