I have upgradeded to TPMGEnc Version 2.510 with no difference in the result. File sizes are similar and again the m1v and the mp2 files are fine by themselves.
It is only when I mux them together...

I figure I must be doing something wrong to end up with good video and good audio as seperate identities but it turns to rubbish when muxed.

I have tried producing a 120min CD with little success. I tried the standard guide on the main KVCD site, where we use DVD2AVI as a input to TPMGEnc to produce a m1v file. The movie is 90 minutes...
