DivX to KVCD
I did, but I was lost with the MovieStacker bit - it merely says 'Use MovieStacker', then gives a sample listing, but when I fire up MovieStacker, there's a load of options that I haven't got a clue...

How to convert DivX to KVCD?
I've read through the guides and as good as they are, they don't seem to be what I'm after. All the guides appear to cater for those people actually starting from a DVD and ripping to DivX...
