KVCD: max GOP set to 24?

The templates that you can download from the mainpage...

If I start TMPGEnc and choose one of the templates (PAL), 352*288, 352*576, 704*576 or KVCDx3 MPEG-2... the max GOP of these are set to 24....

rawsub files? Do you mean files with .sub- extension(sub- pictures) ? If so you can mux them into the mpeg- file with WinSubMux (included with DVD2SVCD).

Or are you making a movie with switchable...
