Looks like it's giving you the video test to find the best CQ. Look at the TOK log and it should give you the result for the best result. If you want to straight encode then tick the No Prediction...

Just checking to see if you were able to fix your problem Wolfi. I also had the same problem but as soon as I uninstalled FFVFW everything was back to normal.
