Same result at 44.1KHz!! I did notice when i was muxing with TMPGEnc that the type was "MPEG-1 system (automatic)" will altering this help maybe ?!? Any suggestions would be welcome.

Right lets wrap this up because we could go on forever. So i create the script I want with Moviestacker / Avisynth 2.52 and make sure "avisource" is where it is on wolfi's script and i should be ok...
