CQMatic is a good tool and use it often. I alwasy take of 0.2 of the predicted CQ and the size is 10mb less or more, then i do something with the audio.

May good practice is better, but I alway simply use ChangeFPS which do a similar thing as "the number of frames is increased or decreased like in ConvertFPS." it is much fast this way.

It is a nice tool. but after cutting with this tool, TMPgenc reported that "xxxx packets cause buffer underflow" when muxing with the mpeg tools. The un-cut files did not have this error when muxing...
