How to Add Subtitles on 3D movie?

Hi,
I'm trying to add subs to a 3D movie. The result comes out strange. Because of the "depth" of the movie, the subs are in the "background" instead of in "front".

What I'm going to tell you about isn't so important, but it's good to know:
the new versions of d2s let you cut the film by checking the "frame selection" option (near the movie lenth)....
