Video too short when converting 23.976 fps

I've converted a few 25fps films fine with MencodeME, but I've tried 2 films that are 23.976fps and both have been out of sync cos MencodeME has made the film shorter. The film I did earlier was 1hr...

I get quite a lot of those when converting with MencodeMe. What does the message mean, and does it affect my final file?

I tried a few different versions of TMPGEnc, and all of them did the same, so I tried bbmpeg and it worked fine. Thanks a lot Prodater64 :D

Edit: Hmm...after testing I found out that it's not...

I just tried TMPGEnc 2.58.44.152 as well, and that does the same thing. Am I doing the whole KVCD thing right by using MencodeME to make a .mpv?
