Hi Phil, as always, you were absolutely right. I guess Nero added something on the fly and the result was a file impossible to fit in 1 CD.

I will keep on making tests because I don't give up...

WHY????

I lowered max bitrate to 2300 (audio always at 128) but the result is the same: video is jumping frames and audio is out of sync.
What else can I do?

I got an encoded audio (mp2) of about 97.000 KB and an encoded video (mpv) of about 664.000 KB.
The result are two muxed files (mpg) of 814.000 KB and 247.000 KB!!!
