Just download Avisynth,VobSub and PARanoia. Put...

Just download Avisynth,VobSub and PARanoia.
Put VSFilter inside the Avisynth plugins directory which should be somewhere around c:\program files\avisynth\plugins.
Now run PARanoia and load your d2v...
