You should set 980000 yes, but in fact this info is not used by the player.
720*576 and 4:3 for sure.
Put 29.970 as 23.976 is not a valid fps for a DVD. But if you did a KVCD, you can try 23.976....

I'm not sure it will read them but you can fool your player by patching the header of your DVD with dvdpatcher.
