just asking again :-) the gop size : do i have to use 25 if the source is a pal movie , or if i want to create a pal movie ?

like : ntscfilm to pal do i use 24 or 25

ksvcd - GOP size of 24 pictures for NTSCFilm?

i try to made an ksvcd within linux , just wondering :

i saw the spec for kvcd :
For optimal encoding on natural material ( movies, new computer generated films ), we recommend to match the KVCD...
