I'm trying to add permanent subtitles to Kxvcd from avi using TMPGEnc 2.5 and Direct VobSub 2.23, but some of the subtitles in the finished KVCD are missed from time to time through the whole movie. However, the original avi file can be played well with every subtilte shown correctly.

By searching the net, I found that I am not alone with this problems.

A similar one is here ---

Please help, thanks

My subs appears too late... totally desynchronized (en español, desincronizado)

Plz, help me with this...

Code:
LoadPlugin("C:\AVSFilters\VSFilter.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\AVSFilters\MPEGDecoder.dll")

MPEGSource("C:\Kaze.mpg")
Textsub("C:\english.sub")
Some subs are displayed, so I think that the problem isnt in the script. Maybe the subs are corrupted or something.

If you can see the subs by watching the avs script you posted, it is unlikely that the problem lies in the script
Maybe the problem lies inside VobSub configuration?
Cheers
