I purchased this from LordSmurf last year and have finished my use with it. Worked great. Comes with the unit and an AC Adapter (see photos).

From an email describing the unit to me last year:

** VCR and camcorder menus, and blue screens, are non-standard signals, not true NTSC or PAL. This sometimes creates problems for TBCs and capture cards. These specific units will work well for you if either (1) you disable the JVC blue screens, and never enter the JVC menu while capturing, or (2) you use Panasonic S-VHS VCRs, such as the AG-1980P (or AG-1970, or PAL equivalents like NV-HS1000 and FS200). Be aware that not all JVC decks can have the blue screen disabled, so verify in the JVC menus before inquiring. Unknown if these will work with any other VCRs/cameras.
