What's the use-case for YUV control?

I'm not sure how Kramer defines YUV control, but I believe that the popular DPS units like the 475/470 can probably do that and have similar ins/outs with TBC function that should probably be as good. I don't think they can do split screen though.

It's just to have independent
control over saturation. (separate U and V instead of only one color knob that affect U and V in the same proportion).
