An MBI01RG40 is actually a fairly "old" disc -- it's been around a while. The media ID list is supposed to serve as more of a sample list than a complete list -- it would get way too long, otherwise!
But this is not the first time this MBI code has been mentioned, so I may go ahead and add it in there. It's ranked with all the other MBI media, decent but not what we'd considered "archival" like MCC/MKM or TY discs.
I would have no problems using this as a temporary disc (recorded TV shows for watch-once use), or as duplicates of a better master disc (give away home movie copies to family/friends). It can save some $$ sometimes, in those situations.
Anytime you see new codes (or maybe not-so-new codes) not on the list, post them in the forum. At very least, they'll be documented here, and possibly found on the main guides as well at the next update.
