Thanks to your email, I located an error in one of our registration links.
If you happened to follow that specific link, as opposed to the others on the site, I can see how this happened.

The Free Member button now works properly.
Note that the text link always worked properly -- only the new button at the top of the post was erred.

Regarding the ATI AIW card...

I'm not entirely sure what a "CATA CONNECTION CABLE" is. Make a new post on the forum, and we'll help you solve this mystery.
