Nope. That's one of my pet peeves about Videohelp. Probably half of that entire forum is in a "newbie" section and is hard to search as a result. Many questions are not "newbie" at all, and is why Baldrick changed it to "newbie/general" some years later. I hate "unsorted" and "misc" categories as well, which is what "newbie" is. To me, it's a lazy forum admin'ing. VH may have more traffic, but I'd like to think we have better info for certain topics. One reason for that is we're more organized.
And the areas where we're not (yet!) organized are being addressed in the Q4-Q1 re-dev going on right now.
However...
Perhaps a better idea is the "newbie intro" type of documentation, to explain what's what around here.
What is your exact goal? There's probably better way to solve the problem.
