Yep.

But note that sometimes WDM is needed over direct driver access, as is the case with some AIWs on some systems. It is somewhat random. AIW will crash or not preview, WDM will work perfectly....

For MPEG-2 SD conversions, use Avidemux 2.5.x, not 2.6/2.7.

The new versions are best at H.264, not so much MPEG-2. I've seen oddities. Not sure if it's caused by Avidemux, or the underlying...
