HR-S8600EU low audio output level? (JVC VCR)

Hello.
I have bought used JVC HR-8600EU(seems to be similar model to HR-S9600U). I had HR-S7700EU before and when I compared these two machines I noticed that 8600EU has lower level of audio output....
