I can't wait to replicate this amazing restoration steps... but just getting basics right for now. Definitely Avidemux 2.6.10 has a bug and aspect ratio does not work. Avidemux 2.5 get it right....

I'm totally confused... I always thought 1hour DV Tape holds about 13GB of data, and that's what Vegas is capturing. Stoik is uncompressing compressed data?

I wouldn't bother resizing SD video if its aspect ratio is already 16:9....
