Capturing Video8 with USB3HDCAP and CCD-TR718E

Hello,

I am having issues with capturing Video8 home videos with USB3HDCAP and CCD-TR718E PAL.

I am using VirtualDub2 to do the captures, but I'm having lots of dropped frames on NTSC...
