HDMI between switcher and capture devices?

I have having a real problem with my Io 4K Plus HDMI input. I'm running HDMI from an iMac to AVPro's AC-MX44-AUHD-HDBT matrix switcher, then to the Io 4K Plus. The problem is the Io 4K is not showing...
