Magnavox VR9010AT01 distorted picture even after cleaning head

I've tried cleaning the head with Isopropyl alcohol and clean printer paper. The first time I used 70% and it worked for 20 mins, then went back to distorted picture. I've tried about six more times...

How would I check the belt? I understand it's under the chassis. But I don't know what screws to remove to take the chassis out of the VCR case....

Toshiba M661 model won't eject tape?
