MPEG not playing on Premiere 6.5 - jittering video no audio

Hello.

I saved an MPEG file using the FF DownloadHelper plugin. The file plays perfect in Windows Media Player.

Importing it into Premiere 6.5 fails to render it properly. The video skips...
