Digitized a bunch of tapes a few months ago, no problems. Cleaned it at that time. I recleaned for a few more I need to do. Now it is eating tape. See pic and the video showing what's happening below the pic.

I'm assuming the return spindle turning the return reel needs to be moving. I don't see that on the video. If that is the culprit, how do I fix?

It look like the takeup reel is not taking up. Possibly the reel drive belt is broken or has fallen off.
