Bought this card off of eBay and received the error when trying to boot with it. I tested the power supply, came back okay. Tested the card while its external power was connected to a different machine's power supply and still got the error. Everything on the card looks to be in good condition, and I didn't see any leaking caps. Contacted the seller, they asked if I wanted a partial refund and keep the card. I was just wondering if this error would be something easy to diagnose and fix, or if I should just request the full refund.

I've already ordered a ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon from somewhere else that the seller has proven to be working, which makes me think that it's not worth trying to repair the 9800 Pro. However, I was unsure and figured I might as well post on here since y'all have a collective more experience than I do. Thanks!

The seller issued a return label this morning, so looks like I'm sending it back. Card's probably worth more hassle anyways, hopefully the new one gets here soon!
