Wanna finally sell my Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K, so I looked up eBay Sold and current listings.

Description: BlackMagic Design Intensity Pro 4K Video Capture Card w/ Intel 51-HDRIO Card sold by sparksman11 (19594) 99.7% Positive feedback - link

"What the hell is that PCB attached?" It normally comes with a proprietary breakout cable.

The silkscreen on the custom PCB reads
©2014 BCD Associates Inc.
51-HDRIO REV 5

Searching that company name found their website. According to their LinkedIn, "BCD designs and manufactures systems for computer controlled video."
https://www.bcdusa.com/

Searching their website for Blackmagic confirms that the hardware in the photo was pulled from one of BCD's DVR models, the HDi-250.

We use a COTS Industrial 4-core computer to drive the system.
Even though most of the connections are not used on the HDi rear panel, we leave them exposed because some of them stick out beyond our rear panel.
The one connector worth mentioning is the RJ-45 LAN socket for networking and TCP/IP remote control.
For military versions the USB and LAN connectors of the HDi rear panel are permanently covered by an inside panel.

BCD policy is to make free software updates available for download from www.bcdusa.com and we try very hard to provide after-sale backwards compatibility support for the entire life of a product line. Unfortunately there is a network incompatibility between the most recent firmware released by Blackmagic Design for updating their Intensity Pro-4K video capture/playback hardware and the computer BIOS on the CPU motherboards used in earlier HDi units.
[...]
There is still an intermittant bug with ECS motherboards....a conflict between the ECS BIOS and the older BlackMagic drivers that sometimes causes “Mickey Mouse” sounding audio. Reboot fixes it
Another page includes the phrase "Featuring the latest cutting-edge technologies such as DeckLink 6G-SDI" which is a reference to another Blackmagic card.

Dimensions of the HDi-250 are 17"x17"x1 7/8" without rack ears.

The first (top) image looks like a normal BMD Intensity Pro 4K with a custom breakout board that replaces the breakout cable and its RCA jacks used for audio and video I/O, with BNC and RCA jacks that can be panel mounted in a box. It also and has HDMI jumper cables to connect to the panel pass-thru jacks. This card has issues with SD capture, especially with component video. HDMI capture is OK. HDMI output appears to be OK. It works with many NLEs.

The second image with the breakout cables looks like a BMD Intensity Pro (the previous version that was limited to HD no 4K). This card needs a good, stable video, legal levels signal. It works with many NLEs.

An interesting adaption of OTC capture card. Probably a lot lower net cost to the company than developing their own capture card.

The ebay listing mixes Intensity Pro and Intensity Pro 4K in the details. The 2014 date on the BCD board implies that it was developed around the Intensity Pro and then switched to the Intensity Pro 4K when it came out in 2015. The BMD cards used the same brake out configuration.
