So who knows anything or has one of these? Has S-Video in, and is certainly well priced, but is it any good?

Might be picking one up as I cant get this ATI 600 USB unit to work for me and the Matrox MM-02 Mini is really more than I want to put into this little VHS conversion temporary hobby.

Diamond doesn't make anything -- they just rebadge products manufactured by others.

I know I've seen that device, but I just cannot recall who the manufacturer is.
With as much hardware as I tend to look at, after a while, you start to forget which is which. It all blends together!
