I have a decent Beta Player which plays the tapes well when plugged into a monitor. After digitizing using
VirtualDub the recording has lots of horizontal lines and the movements of people are slightly faster than they should be. The timing is normal when I play the original tape through the monitor. I am attaching some video and my settings. I don't know if this can or should be fixed after capture, or, better yet, can I change the capture settings to normalize the digitized speed of the video and hopefully also eliminate the lines? Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks.
