Deinterlacing in Virtualdub2 is acting up. Everytime I deinterlace my VHS footage, it has these weird pixels or dots around where movement is.

Yadif 2x Deinterlace - Double framerate top field first

In the attachment around the people you can kind of see pixels.

I've not deinterlaced in VirtualDub for at least 10 years now. QTGMC is what should be used, not the old inferior Yadif methods. I wish a VirtualDub QTGMC filter existed, but it does not. For QTGMC, Avisynth or Vapoursynth is required, or a GUI for it like Hybrid.
